Prior to our first official appointment, I offer a 30-minute virtual consultation at no charge. This initial contact will allow us to meet to assure there is a good match and provides you an opportunity to get an initial sense of me and my approach. I look forward to seeing you soon!

Rates
$150 per hour

Insurance
I strongly believe treatment for private emotional difficulties should be a confidential and private process. Please be aware that many insurance companies require you to be diagnosed with a mental disorder and the information may go to a national database. Also detailed clinical information is frequently requested as a condition of you receiving payment. For these reasons, I do not participate in any HMO or PPO provider panels, but many PPO (and some HMO) members have benefits through a "point of service" or "out-of-network" option. In this case I can give you a statement of services rendered, called a "Superbill." You should call the insurance company in advance to see what information they need for out-of-network providers and how much they will cover.

Cancellation Policy
Since your therapy involves specifically reserving my time; I need a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel for any reason. You will be charged your full fee for any missed appointment without 24-hour notice of cancellation.
